Hello,

 

Looksmenu preset.

Should be going into this folder if you run Vortex. Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\Presets

Otherwise you can install it with MO2.

It may be helpful if you use 2K textures to use this file.

Looks Menu Customization Compendium at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

There two optional files that will help, so you do not get the buggy face.

Anyway, since i can load it with a fresh install, this should work for anyone else as well.

 

I was trying to make her look middle aged, beat up, drugged. You can judge if that was accomplished.

This was derived and changed from the main female character. I hope the facial features are still in tact even without the overlays i put on.
