ww Script wont load

Hello everyone! 
(I need to apologies for my english haha)

I don't know what is happening, but it's been a month that i try to download WW, but the script wont download on my laptop. Like, everthing works fine, but the script disapear from any folder i put in. So i can't have the script of ww in my game. I tried to download from like explorer, from firefox chrome because i thought i didnt know if it was the problem or not, I deleted my mods folder, restart the game, etc. But the thing is, i definitely enabled the script, because it's the only one who doesnt work. All my other scripts works all fine. I don't know what to do anymore.. 
I dont know if im the only one whose scripts wont just load in their computer. 
I even tried to contact TurboDriver, and they sent me and another link, but the script didnt work too..

EDIT: Im sooo sorry of the bad quality of the video, i didnt know it would happen lmao, but you can still see that it disapear magically

Could it be your antivirus? I've whitelisted my entire Mods folder because of similar problems with another game (AV would delete mod files while I was playing).
