I request a list of the best bondage mods for Legendary Edition Skyrim, and their prerequisite mods

Hello, it's been a few years since I tried to mod Skyrim with kinky mods, so I would like a list of the best bondage mods (in the people's opinion), as well as those mods prerequisites. I believe I can handle installing them, but support for things like armor/clothing mods would be appreciated.

The best is completely subjective. Devious Skyrim 2.0 has a list of most DD related mods. Apart from these there is ZAZ (example ZAZ 8+). And more recently the Toys framework as an alternative to already existing bondage related items.

 

Not sure what you mean with support for armor/clothing mods. But requirements for each mods are available in each mod description, along with other relevant info you'll need to check if you want to use them.

Perhaps a better question would've been the most content-filled or supported bondage/bdsm related mods. As for the armor and clothing support, I know that you need specific body mods, and wasn't sure what the one that was most supported was.

Content filled you have some DD based mods. Go through that list and you'll quickly see which are the famous ones.

Well, while reading each mod description you'll see some mods will mention which bodies are supported via Bodyslide. I think DD, ZAZ and Toys have support for CBBE and UUNP by default, then you have optional support for CBBE 3B, BHUNP and probably other body mods in there (things may differ between Skyrim and Skyrim SE, no idea which one you're talking about). But again, this should be easy to pinpoint while reading the info for any of the frameworks (DD, ZAZ, Toys) you want to use (most mods using these frameworks won't need to include support for body mods as that's on the framework side, you'll need to install the proper files and use Bodyslide tho).
