(SOLVED) ENB menu - cursor moves only in a limited area

Can anyone advise? I have a problem with the mouse cursor in the ENB menu. The cursor moves only in a limited area in the middle of the screen and cannot be used to access menu items.

It works normally in Skyrim, it will probably be some settings in some ini file.

 

Cursor is as if bounded by an invisible barrier and can only be moved in a small rectangle in the middle of the screen. As if the cursor could move at a lower resolution than the actual set resolution screen.

Does the same happen if you change the hotkey to enable the ENB settings to something else?

Problem solved. I found that if I press the console key first and then shift + enter. I can now move the cursor freely in the menu without restrictions.
