Fix: Because you're using custom skeleton and FNIS is prepared for this it's telling you to enable a patch. Select the "SKELETON Arm Fix" in the patch lists below the buttons in FNIS. Then press the "Update FNIS Behavior" button to run FNIS again with the patch enabled. edit: more details about this patch are in the FNIS description, but to address the warning all you need to do is enable that patch and keep it enabled whenever you use FNIS in the future.
