New pc and started totally fresh. I missed a town mod I had before however and I thought it was one of Arthmoors but I dont see it on his mod page. If you leave Solitude and head through Dragonbridge the road forks after the bridge, one path has a wagon with a merchants corpse. On the far side of the river near that wagon and corpse I had a small town, can someone kindly remind me of its name please?

That's Frost River. Arth's Cutting Room Floor adds it back, IIRC.

This same thing happened to me.. I didn't realize that town was from a mod. I did a clean reinstall of skyrim one day and left out the cutting room floor and that whole area was gone next time I went by. Wasn't a big deal but bothered me enough to figure out why it was missing haha.
