[Bodyslide] How to convert Piercings to a certain bodytype and physics?

Hey,

 

I am searching for tutorials now forever but I did not find a single one that is really good and comprehensive (step by step) and/or actually working.

 

What I want to achieve:

 

- I want to convert several piercings from different mod (AH Piercings, DD piercings) to work with BHUNP 3BBB Advanced (HDT-PE path)

- I do NOT want to use SMP (never got it to work properly on my LE install)

 

What I did to try and achieve this:

 

A: Build Body in Bodyslide

1. I select "BHUNP 3BBB Advanced PE Havok Path ygnord" in Bodyslide

2. I adjust the BHUNP sliders to match my desires and save the preset
3. I build the body as morphs

B: Convert Piercings in Outfit Studio
1. I drag the .nif from the piercings into Outfitstudio
2. I load BHUNP as reference (Load Reference > From Template > BHUNP 3BBB advanced)
Note: now the piercings match with the nipples in the preview (same height and stuff)
3. now I select both piercings and do rightclick -> copy bone weighs (or Shape -> Copy Bone Weighs)

4. now I go "Slider -> Conform Selected" 

5. export as nif without reference
 

C : Build Piercings in Bodyslide

1. Select the converted piercings

2. Load the Profile from A

3. Build morphs

 

The Problem:

Whatever I do, I never get it to work. The piercings either:

- float next to the nipples or below them, are 

and in ALL cases: the piercings do NOT move with the nipples (as if they had their own physics behaviour somehow.

The bounce longer than the breasts do for example.

 

I triedd all this also with a new project -> same effect

I tried this also by using the already built body (from A) as reference, but that only meant that the piercings aligned with the nipples but STILL moved on their own

 

 

I think I might miss something fudamental here, like using the wrong reference, a critical step in the conversion process or maybe something I have to change about some physics first.

 

The fun thing is, with BHUNP 1.67 I got the conversion to work, but now with version 2.21 it is just not working, even after hours of going back and forth and searching guides.

 

@factoryclose maybe you can help, I never found any working bodyslide files for the more common piercing mods that work for me (AH piercings/Newmiller/DD)

Also the piercings sets made for BHUNP on Nexus dont work since they are for SMP...

hmm, ok for whatever reason I built 

 

BHUNP 3BBB Advanced PE Havok Path ygnord

 

as body

 

but as REFERENCE FOR PIERCINGS I need to use 

 

BHUNP TBBP

 

I just give up on skyrim logic now... it seems to work, I dont understand completly WHY it works now but hell, I just move on. Another 5 hours of lifetime wasted.
