Why is this happening to male sims in CAS?

If a male sim generates in CAS this happens to their face? I've tried everything don't know what the issue is...

The teeth look like they are not the vanilla ones and I've seen something similar happen with eyelashes mods in the past, too. I'd say, it's some CAS CC, probably something related to facial features and the like.

The only way to fix it is to go through all of your CC stuff and test it (50/50 method comes to mind). Remember to delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4", whenever you make changes to your Mods folder (like adding/removing files).

i had a outdate one and that caused similar looking issues with mage sims
