Leaving faction with console doesn't work

I played the Sanguine start in SexLab Stories(I also have SD+) and I seem to have joined the hagraven faction, because they don't attack me. I tried removing the player from it by typing player.removefac 4359E and player.addtofaction 4359E -1. Both commands gave me no errors but they have no effect. So how do I leave a faction?

First, the Hagraven faction may not be the only faction involved in your issue. I suggest that you get Faction Spy SSE to look at other possible faction issues.

Second, the second method you gave above is the correct way to leave a faction. player.addfac 4359e -1 will get you a faction rating of -1 which the game interprets as no longer being in that faction. It does NOT "remove" the faction, it just tells Papyrus that you're no longer a member of it.
