playing the game, and the somehow the game "pauses", so I need to "really pause" the game , and then play, and again "stops"

Try removing this animation mod it might be corrupted, download a fresh copy and see if it still errors out.

Don't forget to delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder.

 

BTW are you using any weather mods?

If yes they might need updating.
