Mod that gives only the player character a penis

As the title says, I'm looking for a mod that allows the player character to have a penis, but doesn't change the models for any of the NPCs.  I do know SOS exists, and from what I understand, you can toggle on or off the penises of individual characters, but that seems really tedious to go through every single one.  If there is a mod that only changes the model for the player character, I'd rather take that route.  Thanks!

You can Toggle off ALL schlongs in the SOS MCM and leave only your character to have one. All the other NPCs schlongs are replaced with underwear so you don't have to change every NPC manually, that would be a nightmare. If you happen to want to give a schlong to another NPC you just have to hover the crosshair over them, open the MCM, and set only that NPC to also have one.

Been awhile since I last played Skyrim, but you can also set each races probability of them being generated with one from 0 to 100%. So if you want the player to only have one, set everyone to zero, however must be done for each schlong you have installed. So you could set Orcs to 100% for a specific one, khajiit to 50% with another, the rest be normal. Theres also SOS female vag mods out there, ones for 3d pubic hair, could set those to 100% and all females will be females. And just like Distortedrealms above said, its all in the options of the base mod, just need to play around with it. If you are mid playthru however, any NPC already given one should still have one unless you hit the option to reset everyone I believe.
