Children Stop making messes!

Looking for a mod to stop Children from making messes everywhere. 2nd biggest reason I HATED Parenthood, children making a mess and the parents if they are even on the lot, do jack shit about it (Just like IRL huh?). Either I'm just a little tired of going somewhere and this is what I find.

 

If I cannot disable it via mod, my alternative is remove all childrens playground stuff or put the No Kids Allowed trait on everything.
