Looking for either dropped pants or lifted dress for female Sims

I am looking for a medium dress or skirt that is lifted in back with panties slid over, or pants, jeans, joggers or leggings pulled down to knees with panties either slid over or pulled down to mid thighs.  Anything like that out there?  I have worn out Bing, Google, etc...no luck...someone must have one of these.

SBS has some floor items like panties.
Devious Desires has some dresses which show up when un-equipping the upper or lower body. These are laundry day compatible and can not be used to decorate the room permanently.
