At the moment it is Sexout for NV as it has the most plugins.

 

Sexus for Fallout 3 is basically a proof of concept and doesn't really do a lot.

 

Skyrim is slowly getting sex stuff added to it.

Should work still work with the NV part of the world, but not sure how it will handle NPCs and Creatures in the capital wasteland. Sex through dialogue options that uses small talk should work, I think. Depending on how combat rape and stalkers handles the new creatures, I suppose that might even work as well - at least with humanoids. I'm not familiar with how the mods are built, so it's just an uneducated guess.

I couldn't get Sexout to work for me, As soon as i had it installed with everything that's required, and All the DLC's and meshes and etc it still would crash the game. 

 

But back to topic, I would think Skyrim is getting there. Skyrim sex mods are still in infancy but boy its going to become a Gem when it gets more updates

If you would compare Fallout, Oblivion, Skyrim.

 

There is no doubt that Oblivion is the best so far. Just look at the listed plugins.

Skyrim has just started out so it might be better in time.

Fallout has tryout which is awesome since it gives you the much needed story or lore?.

Oblivion has the most positions, most plugins, expressions :D , and much much more.

I think in time that Skyrim will surpass all other Beth games completely.  However it will likely take a couple of years for that to happen.

I loved both sexout and lovers (oblivion), albeit for completely different reasons.

Sexout did a bloody brilliant job of incorporating sexual elements into the game world without actually breaking much lore.
Lovers with PK on the other hand was a bit blatant, but the actual sex elements were great. That isn't to say that it actually deviated from lore or anything - there are a whole bunch of plugins out there that stick to it, but i feel with the sheer size of oblivion its a much harder task to undertake.

Both amazing, both definitely worth a try.

However from the list OP stated - my vote goes to sexout, new vegas for now.

I haven't seen much of the skyrim mods yet, and sure they do have a lot of potential - but my biggest problem is that I always felt oblivion was a much more fluid game. It just seemed to handle mods a lot easier, maybe I'm just not doing it right but Skyrim just feels a bit clunky atm. Its for that reason alone that I haven't delved too much into it

going by the feeling that bethesda is in a weird place were they want to be more than rpgs, i think skyrim could become a better game than they could produce for consoles by the next elderscrolls. even more so if consoles die out. so i'll wait until they rerelease skyrim with all the DLC on steam on sale.
