Semen weight can be adjusted in the .ini, if your Needs mod cares about food weight. 2. Lovers Creatures and LoversBitch support. Knotting provides more semen. Adjustable. 3. While it's flavored as semen, there is no check preventing oral on females counting. Might also be a bug or laziness, you decide.
