I made a high poly conversion and posted it on nexus, but I'm not the biggest fan of it and don't know how to smooth out everything like an advanced sculptor might. lips a bit janky and a few other imperfections, but if u rly want a high poly version, u can get one here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/48525
