cbbe bbp physics issue

so my issue is, basically, it's not working. i've gone through the steps that i can find, i've installed cbbe and xpmsse, got the bbp rig from xpmsse, run bodyslide with "cbbe body physics" selected, but my character doesn't have the physics no matter what i try. i've been looking at the cbbe and xpmsse pages to try and find any missing steps but haven't found any. do any of you have any idea what i've missed, or if something could be stopping it from working? thank you!! ❤️

sorry for the dumb question but do you have HDT-SMP instaled? you chose the correct body that have phisics wen you click (if you click) build? special race?

Why BBP instead of physics extensions? I'm talking about the rig map you can select during the XPMSSE install. For physics extensions you would need CBP/CBPC or SMP depending on the outfits and body mods you're using. CBPC would be my recommendation if you're only using CBBE for bodies (and either CBBE Body Physics or CBBE Body Special should do).

there's no dumb questions in troubleshooting ❤️ i do have hdt-smp installed, i selected the correct body, and i'm not using a custom race at all.

 

i thought bbp was just the kind of application of smp. maybe i didn't understand, i often don't haha. my preference is cbbe smp i think, because it's compatible with two things i want.
