Actor Animations Misaligned

I keep having a problem where the animations are misaligned where the dude will be a good few inches on top on me, making it look like they are floating. Ive tried the sexlab animation editor but it only has options for character sideways when I really need up and down. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

In the Sexlab MCM > Player Hotkeys. There are a handful of buttons to re-align animations. There definitely is one to move actors up or down.
