My Fallout New Vegas is freezing and then close game in dialog

I want to let you know that if in the case of Skyrim I manage to bring it afloat with the favorite modes that I install, in this case, of Fallout New Vegas, I'm already grounded with the realization. I really don't know why it happens to freeze my image of the game during the dialogue, and then it stops abruptly, practically stopping the game.

So, I have the following mod components, which are installed in this game. I even deactivated some of them, considering that they somehow prevent me from running the game.

From how much information I read on the internet, I tried, installing "Smalltalk" and possibly "SmallerTalk", either they were both currently installed, or one by one, and the result is the same: "You get into a dialogue with everyone and you're done, you put an end to the game."

1) You don't have SexoutTryout, but SexoutCommonResource does require the Data-package of SexoutTryout

2) Not the cause for issues, but remove all MPO Scriptaddons, except for the MPO Scriptaddon AllDLC. Also delete MaternityPackOverkill TTW32addon

3) You can also safely remove SexoutPosNew and SexoutAnimManagement

4) You have SexoutBreeder and SexoutLactation. Lactation is included in SexoutBreeder.

5) Following plugins (not data files) can be removed, because they are included in SexoutCommonResources : Ghost Variants, Ghost Variants Safe and Ghost armor Adjutant, Stealth armor mk 2,

6) I preffer SmallERtalk over Smalltalk

What is Falloutnv_lang.esp?  I know I've seen it before, but I can't recall what that mod is. if it is a mod that changes the language it should (preferable be tagged as ESM and) put straight on the top on the load order, so that other mods that actually change code, can overwrite it.

Lastly, you have MSEX, WSEX and Sexout. Make sure you have all compatibility patches.
