disappearing top

my sims tops are still disappearing even to i updated the wicked whims and i deleted all of my mods and cc after this happened and re installed everything and it still says in cas that they have a top on but they dont

You mean not just the clothing but invisible sims upper body?

 

Typical of certain broken cc like: No EA Lashes, Teeth, Jewelry, etc.

You have to remove some of your cc CAS items and retest until it stops.

Don't forget to delete your localthumbcache.pkg every time you remove some mods or cc.
