CTD when trying to open my perks chart, also crashes if I try to swap tabs in Pip-Boy with Def_UI installed

Was wondering if someone a bit more experienced can help me with this.

Followed Scarlett guide for installing mods then added a few extra QOL things from the nexus and weapons.

Everything was running fine I thought after I uninstalled Def_UI until I tried to open the perk chart now it crashes every-time.

If anyone can help with installing Def_UI so it doesn't crash on me but at-least fix my CTD when opening the perks chart that would be fantastic.

Get Buffout.

And for future reference, load order (plugin order) doesn't mean anything, unlike in Skyrim.

As long as ESM's load first, then ESLs and finally ESPs, plugin order doesn't matter.
