"MCM Custom Menu" Mod Issue

I just started a new game and updated several mods.

 

I ran into a bug when reorganizing my MCM with the "MCM Custom Menu" mod from nexus.

 

The first 15 or so lines in the MCM are blank.

 

I updated god-damned near everything, so I have no idea where to start to look.

 

Has anyone experienced this before or have any clue where I could start to look?

The support thread on Nexus? This is tech support, use the mod's support thread for problems with a mod.
