Game generates straight sex sims 99% of the time. Need to check both your sims gender preferences and if you want them to also do it with females too then pick Bisexual. MCCC mod you can check/change genders on any sim in game and set them for both 100/100 M/F. The other method is using WW command cheats. https://wickedwhimsmod.com/relationships-gender-preference Of course you also need animations with anal too.
