Help finding a File

So basically its this. I am trying to practice BHUNP conversions and I am looking for the pic below to start a new project. I know of other Hooves mods but this one in particular is lost to me as the links are old and MEGA doesn't have them anymore. Does anyone on here have this mod?

When I open the link it says the page doesn't exist for COCO's blogspot do you have another?
