Equipment disapearing

I don't usually talk on forums, but I'm really frustrated with this bug and I don't even know what to search for in order to fix this, so, here goes.

 

When I have the Belted Collar equipped, sometimes at random I'll hear the sound of the equipment being taken off. I'll pan the camera around and the collar has disappeared, when I look in her inventory, it shows as still being equipped, but its invisible. If I take off the main armour, the collar appears again, but if I put my armour back on, it just disappears. In my safe for work build that I use for streaming, the collar works fine, and with far more mods installed. I tried uninstalling DD and then it worked again, but in order to have the mods installed that I want, I need to have DD installed. Its really frustrating. (its not just the belted collar that does this, there are other pieces of equipment that do the same thing.)

 

I'm sure this has come up a while ago for other people, I just have no idea what to look for in order to fix this.

It doesn't seem to happen until after I use body slide to compile the meshes or whatever its doing. But, if I don't do that, some of the DD items wont show up correctly, so either the DD Items show up correctly and certain pieces of equipment don't, or the DD items don't show up and the equipment does. I don't understand this at all.
