Animations/triggers slow as hell!

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a place for this. But i have an issue. I have quite a lot of mods. SLaVe, dd (and few related mods like followers), cursed loot, egg factory... Everything "works" and I have no issues with running them. BUT. Each time animation/event should be triggered i get stuck in out-of-control view and need to wait 5-10 minutes to advance to next stage of animation of event to trigger.

Tried: Stopping all animations, reseting sexlab animations, advance stage (space) not working. and a lot more. Im not sure if this is related but i cant even enter combat mode (R).

Does anyone have any idea why this could happend and how could i fix this ?

I can't pin it down either, I had a time when I suffered similar delays with regularity, but I *seem* to have resolved it for the most part.   When it happened/happens (still does occasionally, especially in the area near Bleakwood basin), my "fix" is to go inside (player home) and "idle" there for several game days, sleeping crafting sleeping sleeping organizing, reading, sleeping some more, then making a new save, exiting the game entirely, cleaning said save, opening the game, loading the cleaned save, and then waiting a few more days before I venture outside the safety of the player home again.

It's usually preceded by a general slowdown in any scripted events, where watching in console mode shows large lag values. My lame-assed theory is that scripting gets clogged, and that by doing my little stay-at-home dance, I allow scripting to "catch up"

Beyond that... I'd suspect that there's an undisclosed mod contention, an out of date dependency like address library,  papyrus, jcontainers, NetScript Framework, etc, or just a plain old bum mod installed.  I've had a few of those conditions in the past.

Edit: as for your other problems, I've also had hotkeys go wonky in the past twice and had to re-assign them, fyi. But try the other stuff first. thos slowdowns can really f the game up and make other things seem to be broken. (they get shoved into the queue but "never" fire, since it's still processing other requests)
