MCCC + Woohoo module for Teen/Adult EA Romance & Vanilla Woohoo (more for just game rated content only and no adult stuff) Wicked Whims is an adult NSFW sex mod. Both will work together and are also quite reliable and updated frequently. No other way to do it without using mods.
