Wicked Whims + MCCC will allow that.  Everybody involved needs the Polyamorous trait of course.  Once you have a married couple, you use MCCC to set additional spouses as being married to the patriarch/matriarch.  It doesn't seem to be possible to have a wedding for the additional spouses, but I do have a save with a guy married to three wives.  They share a bedroom with two double beds, any combination of them can fuck in front of anyone else.  Flirting when there's 3 or more in the conversation is still tagged as an awkward conversation, but that's the only issue.
