not being able to go into live mode

hello. i've been having trouble installing wicked whims. removed all mods except wicked whims, no. reinstalled, no. tried different versions of mod, no. since reinstalling I get up to the point where you click play on a household, it just continuously loads even when the success music of live mode plays. pretty good at figuring things out on my own but wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue. 

 

script and package file directly in mods folder. my game version is 1.68.154.1020, and ww version is v163h
