gags COtR Gag Compatibility Help

I've started using COtR during my current playthrough & it's working okay with Devious Devices, however whenever I equip a gag from another mod i.e 'KziitdXXXToolset' the mouth doesn't open! Attached Is a screenshot of how the face looks while the gag is worn. Any help would be much appreciated, I'm only having this problem using COtR - any other race mod has worked perfectly.

Thanks for the suggestion - but I'm still having the exact same problem... really frustrating!
