How to make a femboy/trap

So I want to make a femboy/trap but the male with female frame is way to obvious for the type of trap I want 

Is there a way for the game to recognize my character as male while using a female sim adding flat chest (with a mod)and a penis with wicked whims body selector

Its possible to edit your Sims' pregnancy in Create-a-Sim, so that a female Sim can't get pregnant and a male one can (the three dots right below the gender selection). Wicked Whims itself uses Gender Recognition settings, which can also be adjusted so that, among other options, all Males can be recognized as both genders or a Sims' gender can be recognized based on their genitals. I don't know whether or not that affects non-sexual Gender Preferences, but I've personally never seen a sim turn down someone because of their gender anyway in non-sexual advances.

There are some sliders and body presets can help you out to create a cute femboy with the male/female body.

I did my femboy sim, but I want to know if I can put a woman's chest as clothes, to make a crossdress, something like this 

Do you know if there is any mod to do that?

Why would you use a female Sim when you can give your male Sim a feminine frame and clothing? That option has existed since 2016.
