How do I change an NPC's situation clothes?

Hi everyone,

 

just as the topic says - I want to permamently change the situation outfit of my servant NPC (the "maid" you can hire and make her live with you as an NPC) but I can't find a way to do that. I've got the MCCC mod so if i can use it then that's great, but I'm open to any suggestions.

LittleMsSam Better Butler mod has an optional 'no uniform' fix.

I've just installed the mod and it works fine so thank you. However, what I was looking for is a way to modify the default butler clothing instead of getting rid of it, so if anyone knows if and how it can be done then I would be very happy to find out.
