papyrus log error with racemenu, need help to fix it nothing work :(

Hello!

 

I have this error in my papyrus logs:

resarched a bit and found out it probably linked skse and racemenu.

if i removed racemenu this error not show.

based on this i removed all mods only racemenu and later ussep installed. error not removed.

 

here what i tryed after, so far nothing worked:

-re installed skyrim, clean state, deleted all the skyrim related files from the system that interact with skyrim

-re installed skse 2.0.19

-fallowed a advice, removed skse 2.0.19 installed 2.0.17 (thank you! CliftonJD )

-re installed racemenu and ussep by hand, not using any mod organizer maybe this is a problem

-removed antvirus softvere

-tryed run as administrator

-refreshed widnows, graphic card, steam

 

at this moment i run out of ideas...

pls if you have any advice / idea worth to try tell me,
