Characters collapse into a singularity once a sexlab animation begins.

Here's an issue, characters starting a sexlab animation collapse into a single point and are no longer able to move. When this happens to the PC I can't move, the jump button still plays the jump noise, and entering first person places my camera in the same spot as the point. textured rays from the character model sometimes shoot out a seemingly random direction a short distance, then disappear.

Applying effects to a singularity character causes all of the effects to come from the same spot, making me think all of the skeleton is in the singularity too. Singularity on fire:

FNIS is up to date (v7.6) and ran, and the rest of the game is playable. I've been reloading a save whenever a sexlab animation begins to play for a few hours. Issue persists on a new save. Cleaning and rebuilding sexlab seems to work some of the time, sometimes allowing an animation I start right after cleaning to play out but not any after. but it might just be playing animations that aren't broken after cleaning and the cleaning doesn't actually do anything.

I think it has something to do with my animations being busted or something being undefined since it remind me of the undefined HDT bug, but my own prodding has not yielded results.

Any ideas or insight?

Reinstall the skeleton.

I've done such, reinstalling XP32 4.8 then gone through the usual process of rerunning FNIS and cleaning sexlab. This seemed to reduce the number of times the issue happens (or reduced number of broken animations) but the issue still persists.

I had a similar problem, for me the conflict was between sexlab survival and sexlab utility plus.

 

I just moved utility plus after survival and so far it seems to work

 

maybe move utility plus in your load order or mod priority in MO
