Writing quests/dialogs/scenarios/stories somehow ?

Hi everyone! 

It's all in the title : I'm getting into Sims4 modding and made some stuff work (yeaaah), but nothing useful or interesting for now (boooo!)

But I'm wondering is there's a way to turn the game into some rpg or storyline of some sort, so I could wrote all kinds of kinky stories to display on it. 
Maybe it could be "tips" contextual screens, turned as story presentation/chapters.
Maybe dialog bubbles, with a "next" button to trigger.
Maybe a real rad "rpg dialog box" overlaying at bottom of the screen. 
Maybe just panels, to put down "minecraft style" here and there to make people follow & read them up to progress. 
Or maybe even quest to edit, with "speak to this girl", "sleep with this one", etc... if we can dream big enough.

I don't know, I have no idea what's possible or not, and the game ain't made for that to begin with, so maye I'm just drifting too far away.

But if you know of something to tweak some neat stuff around, I'm all ears!

Well, something I've been wanting:  "Slut" aspirations that don't ruin your sim when you earn the reward trait.  Everybody who makes these puts a massive learning penalty in the reward trait.

Goals along the way:  Sex x number of times, sex with x number of unique sims, group sex.  I don't know if sex x number of times or x unique partners within a time limit is possible, but 10 unique partners in 24 hours would be interesting.  And maybe in the final stage, have had/caused 3 pregnancies, tallied since the very beginning instead of starting when that stage comes up.  And the baby doesn't have to be born, so abortions still count.
