Back2friday Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 Hi, i saw there is a mod called Enderal: Forgotten Stories on steam. It requires the main game Skyrim SE. I was wondering how this works exactly. Is it standalone? How will the mod affect my current 100+ installed mods? How do you start it, by Skyrim launcher or its own launcher? What happens if i have it installed, but start with skse loader can i still play my normal modded Skyrim? little confused thanks

When I tired it when it first came it out it had a launcher that moved all my mods/base game to a temp location and would move them back when I wasn't playing Enderal. Probably the same now. I believe there's mod-versions for various popular mods configured to be compatible with Enderal.
spoonsinger Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 The SE version on Steam is a separate install to Skyrim SE in the same way that the LE version of Enderal on Steam is a separate install to Skyrim LE and never the twain shall meet. The version on the Nexus is the mod version and it uses the base install directories.
