Apex_2K Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 Can anyone please explain it to me what does bodyslides mean and why do we need them. I see a lot of mods with bodyslides attached to it but what exactly does it do ?
Guest Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 It's different shape/size/dimensions of a body type. Different from the body type which is the initial sculpt/build. It allows people to use the same body type for clothing/armors but have the breast/butt/legs/etc be different and more personalized.  It's only useful with bodyslide/outfit studio and usually a requirement for modded bodies/clothing/armor.

Okay so i recently downloaded a lot of armor mods and the bodyslides are attached to it (as optional in Nexus). Do i need to install them or can i just ignore it ?
Guest Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 An optional bodyslide preset is usually only necessary if you want to have the same shape as the mod author. Or the files could be to build a shape different than what the mod author used. No idea as I don't what mods you mean. Â Â
sad rabbit Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 you have a body A and armor comes with body B the bodyslide files turn possible to the outfit match exactly your body (already noticed wen equip a armor you scales change?) Â you need bodyslide there you click batch files something like that unmark all and mark you body, hand and feet and all of the armor stuff click ok and probally thats it you can preview to see how the armor now fit your body like was made to it. i bad to explain if i say something wrong please correct me ty hope i have helped.
