Does anyone know how to fix this texture issue and does anyone know how to add things like horns?

I have NOT imported her face yet, but I still think this quick render shouldn't look as this does as normally when parts turn up purple (to my knowledge) that represents a problem.
I'm new and just trying to figure out my mistake so I wont make it again.

You need to create a new Armor Addon for the horns. Add this addon to the NPC's naked body armour under Armature.
