I already tried TS4 RealGens Penis - Male Speedo When I select female to have a penis, it doesnt have one ? So in CAS I select a female and select "yes" from the "does this sim have a penis?". Only, it doesnt work... I tried checking if its a bug with Simdulgence - TS4 RealGens Penis - Male Speedo What do I do ?

It's needed for that to actually work. Your other option is to use Nisa's Wicked Perversions mod as it also has a penis with vagina option in menus I think. Don't think you can use both at the same time but IDK as I've never payer around with them. Simdulgence RealGensPenis Female 1.2.zip
