Game options won’t stay applied

Okay so I updated my game and all my mods and now every time I go into the game the pop up saying that mods have been disabled,, soo I turn it back on and restarts the game like the pop up said to and when I go back into the game the same thing happens the same pop up comes up it won’t stop I must have tried about 50 times someone please help in the middle of a new build and I need my CC

Look in your TS4 folder and delete the GameVersion.txt file

Then delete the localthumbcache.pkg next
