Family Planning Fallout 4 pc, i don't know where to extract it to...m Please help

I Downloaded the family planning mod and i can't find where to extract it to is it into the game itself or into another file

Use mod manager for Fallout 4, it easier that way.

i have that i don't see an option to use it in the nmm fallout 4 mod area i looked for i even tried looking with my browser and it just leads to loverslab website it says to extract it it doesn't seem to be on nmm (using vortex)

If it is not too much for you, try using MO2 (Mod Organizer). If you want to use modded game, you must read (and learn) some things about using mod - there is no easy way, I am afraid...

If your using NMM open it up and click on the mods tab. then on the left side is a column. The first  icon says "add mod from file" click on that and go to the folder you saved the mod in.  Highlight it, then click open.  It will install into NMM and after it does just double click on it to install. Now if it is from Nexus you might want to look at it before you download it. just under the button Mod manager download is a little link. It says inspect file. click on that and it will show you the file structure of that mod. Some folks just have a esp. there, so make sure you have Archive Invalidation set so it will install that esm or esp into the right folder which is Fallout 4/Data.

Throw Nexus Mod Manager into the burner/out the window. There's a reason Nexus itself ditched it in favor for Vortex.

Get Vortex or MO2.
