LE port follower causing instant ctd

i recently ported a SE follower to LE and the follower is causing an instant ctd when i spawn it to my location using the areyouthere mod.

i have done MANY successful ports so i know i didn't do anything wrong maybe this particular follower needs to be ported a bit differently.  im not sure what the problem could be.

it is an elinrace follower, once again i have ported every elinrace follower i've come across and removed the elinrace mod as a masters so you're not required to have it but this one is causing a ctd. 

i ported it and removed the elinrace master requirement from it as well.
