Where instead of two characters raping each other, they clearly care for each other and are consenting, but they're still being rough and wild because they're being lost to their passion and desire rather than because of violence and lust?

Many? Its a matter of Personality and Kink how rough you are in Bed.. You can pretty much interpret every aggressive animation as rough  sex with consent as long as there is no punching or obvious violent actions involved like psyches animation show rather hardcore stuff that's more then "rough"..

You know, as far as animation itself is concerned, there is no "consent" or "refusal".

The reason is very simple. In any sex video you've ever seen, even with "extreme violence", actors allow each other.

On the contrary, if not, even if your actions are as gentle as angels, it doesn't work.

So it's not the animation itself that defines the character's emotion when it plays, but what happens before it.
