Back2friday Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Hi, i am wearing gloves, headgear, top, pants and shoes. But when i take the shoes off my character is naked according to sex attributes or another mod. Any one know how to fix this with FO4edit? Or is there an option in sex attribute that i am not seeing? For example, i dont want to be considered naked if i am only wearing pants. exorchrist6 Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Yep there is, in FO4Edit if you open the plugin for the mod you use the shoes, pants etc. from, click on the armour sub section and the individual items. you'll see that there is a body slot number assigned to them (slot 33 I think?) anyway this is the main body slot for clothing this determines whether you are classified as naked. You can change it so that the body slot of the pants (or which ever clothing you want) is set to slot 33, this should classify your character as clothed. Hope this helps

Would this not also prevent the wearing of shoes and pants at the same time... they would both be trying to occupy slot 33.

Hope this helps Right, so the pants is on "40 - (U) R Leg" (no other boxes are checked) To what do i need to change it so i can walk bare foot without being considered naked? Or set it as clothed? I mean all shoes are set to 33 - BODY. This can not be the only slot that classify me as not naked right??

All you end up doing is making an item/s that conflicts with 99.99% of everything.. including the mod it came from. @Back2friday The correct way to solve the issue would be to open the scripts of the mod in question and change the slot it uses for the nudity check, recompile and enjoy. Some mods even have an option of what slot to check.

Back2friday Posted March 28, 2021 Author Posted March 28, 2021 Look, I edited my body.nif with outstudio so that whenever my charecter is naked (nothing equip) she wears certain items (jewelry on hands and feet). I want these items only to be seen when she is naked. But my problem is, if i just play/explore the game and take off the 'shoes', the jewelry become visible aka something is considering me naked. This is why i asked how to change the pants to a slot that is not consider me naked. I will try to move the pants to the BODY slot and move the shoes to Unarmed or Ring slot. I think this should do.
