You can't. Use lazyfollowers if you want to create a follower in game or just use a hair mod as a helmet.

#LOL xDD

 rly helpful answer lol...

Well... CK is best option i think...

 Maybe xEdit will work?... but i'm not using xEdit so maybe sm1 else can help u with xEdit

@Grey Cloud - Gray maybe u ? :P

I could create Script and Spell for You that change Actor Head Part... so for example Copy Your character Hair to Your Follower

 so u could open RaceMenu, pick Hair Style You want and shot Your follower with Hair Style You want for Your follower, and then back ur Player Character Hair...

tbh. i was never doing that... but... there are Functions for that:

 -> https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=SetNthHeadPart_-_ActorBase

But before i waste my Time on doing Script maybe u should try this mod:

 -> https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36047

Tbh. i was never using it but this Mod allows You to play as any Actor You want

 so idk... just change Your character to Follower open RaceMenu change Hair and then go back to Your Character?...

Maybe... worth to try ^_^

 if Mod is not working let me know ( and remember to ping me ) so ill make Script for You to change HairStyle :x...

Was the most quickly response.  Alternate Actors is buggy as hell.

The problem here that I dowloaded Kasumi follower from this link :

I really like her. So I want to make 4 duplicate of her in game with different hairstypes.

@urbon

- This "lazyfollowers" is really awesome. Finally I found the better version of FamilarFace mod. Thank you

- AbductionRedux mod is very cool too, but I don't see option that we can change follower hair.

@-̒̈́̕?̖̪̼?̒̈́̕??̒̈́̕?-

Yes. Tried it. And use it with Nether follower Framework if you want your followers more "alive"

You can use any follower mod that you like but NFF for me have better options

Just use Nifmerge.

Go into Data\Meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom . Find your followers Facegeom and drag this under "Target NPC Face Model"

Find the hair You want to use. Copy the Nif files to the desktop as I have done to the right of Nifmerge.

In this case put the Acid.nif into "Source NPC Face Model". Change AnnekkeHairHP to the Acid hair like I have done. Repeat with the Hairline/HL and Scalp.

Hair = Type (Hair)                 / AnnekkeHairHP

Hairline = Type (Misc)          / AnnekkeHairlineHP

Scalp = Type (Misc)             / AnnekkeHairlineHP2

Be sure to finish with "Merge Model As" and save to your Facegeom file. Nifmerge will automatically make a backup of the old file, so don't be afraid to ruin it.

Your follower will now have the new hair.

The color has to be changed afterwards. Go into the Facegeom with the new hair and change the values, which I have highlighted in Picture 2. Of course You have to know the color code, which You can find in all Facegeom or hair files. I note them down on paper and change in the new Facegeom file.

That's it. No need for Creation Kit...
