2. Look if you have this ShaderOverride section ( match the hash, the number in the title doesn't matter )

If can't find that hash in d3dx.ini or MainShaderOverrides, you can add it to one of those ini files, or make a new ini file - make sure the title of the section is not a duplicate of another section.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. Adding the command lines above fixed the issue.
