I went to the link, downloaded and replaced the files that were already there but I did not find any .buf files or a cb2 subfolder in the [SSR] Fylgja - Ayane folder nor the [SSR] Slit One-Piece folder (both from June 2022).

 

Also, are we supposed to add all 3 files to these specific mods or just replace the files that were already there?

I had the same problem earlier, I just downloaded the latest d3dx.ini in page 1 then it solved the problem for me.
