Lighting Changing Every Few Seconds Issue

Hi!

 

Having a strange issue with lighting. Video below shows the problem. Every few seconds of moving, the lighting changes. If the ENB is off, the game is completely gray. I tried removing lighting mods (ELFX, DVLaSS) and it didn't seem to fix it. When standing still it does not change. I've tried disabling a bunch of other mods that I assumed could be the culprit but to no avail.

Something is applying night eye every few seconds to your character. I'm not sure which mod would do that, but you could try to check your active magic effects (vanilla window from the spell list or by checking the extra info panels from More Informative Console). Once you spot the effect in question you should be able to pinpoint the related mod and act accordingly (perhaps there is an option to disable that effect or you need to configure something, or remove the mod/apply a patch, etc.).
