aim4it Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 I recently converted my load order into using BHUNP SMP instead of UUNP and everything was run fine until this happened. I thought it was a physics issues/skeletion, but nothing is overwriting it in MO2. This occurs shortly after sleeping and tattoos are removed from STA. Does anyone know what the cause might be?
Whacked Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Its funny! I used SMP for a little bit and didn't have any issues. I don't know if there are issues with disappearing bits like when actors would go invisible with HDT in oldrim, but I haven't read anything abou that. It looks to me like that is a weight painted area, which means it would be a physics issue, did it happen all of a sudden or was it like this when you changed over? Does reloading fix it?
anjenthedog Posted March 21, 2021 Posted March 21, 2021 The shape of the missing area implies (to me) that you might be wearing something on your midsection like a bra-less skirt or similar, and if so, that something may be missing its mesh or wasn't fitted in bodyslide before using it... or it's possible this is just a general SMP breakdown, which happens from time to time due to SMP's inherent instability... did you try an smp reset from console?
aim4it Posted March 21, 2021 Author Posted March 21, 2021 I haven't tried that, but I check that the SMP object was still there with player.inv, just the Device Hider and SMP object where in the list. Did not know there was a console command for the physics. I'll try that next.
aim4it Posted March 22, 2021 Author Posted March 22, 2021 Was messing around with stuff further yesterday. I think the problem was with SMP being picky about resulting node size results being set from SLIF for SexLab Survival's jiggle feature, and using the 'Averaged' mode for Racemenu's iScaleMode and/or iBodyMorphMode. I set both to 2 or Maximum, should have set them individually but its seems to have worked around whatever the issue is. I still get a weird flicker affect, probably when the node is updating.
