And then I realized it was a Fallout 3 mod.

 

Is there any way to port this? If not, what's the closest equivalent to this?

I think "Harassment" has something like that.

You can have your butt and tits morphed from intercourse. Usually predator will forcibly make you drink a substance (the cumtainer from Skyrim came to mind), to make you into a bimbo.
